We have taken this world famous pepper, and used it in a recipe that reins in the heat, but brings out all the wonderful flavors this pepper has to offer. It still packs a healthy punch for those of you who enjoy the heat, but it's been tamed enough so that even the novice, in small amounts can use it and see what all the commotion is about.
